The resort's event calendar shifts with the season, but a few recurring fixtures show up nearly every month. Guests planning a trip around a specific event should always confirm exact dates with our concierge desk, since scheduling can move around holidays and larger private bookings.
Palm Sky Live Music Nights
Most Friday and Saturday evenings, Palm Sky Lounge hosts a local or regional act, usually running from 8 PM until midnight. The lineup leans toward blues, jazz, and coastal Americana acts that fit the lounge's smaller stage — it's a listening room more than a dance club.
Harbor & Barrel Whiskey Nights
On the first Thursday of most months, Harbor & Barrel runs a guided tasting flight through part of its bourbon list, paired with a short bites menu. Seating is limited, so reservations for these nights fill faster than a typical weeknight dinner.
The Tidewater Chef's Table
A rotating, reservation-only tasting menu hosted by our culinary team, typically scheduled once a month and built around whatever's currently coming in off the boats. Dates are announced roughly three weeks out.
The Chef's Table is the one event on our calendar that consistently sells out first — if it's the reason for your trip, it's worth confirming the date before booking travel.
Seasonal Poker Series
The poker room runs a multi-day tournament series a few times a year, typically timed around spring and fall when travel to the coast tends to pick up. Buy-in levels and structures vary by event.
Holiday Programming
Thanksgiving through New Year's brings the busiest stretch of programming on property — extended Sunrise Grand Buffet hours, a holiday market in the ballroom foyer, and additional live music dates at Palm Sky Lounge.
