214 Rooms, Every One With a Balcony
Every room at Grand Palms opens onto a private balcony, facing either the Mississippi Sound or the palm-lined interior courtyard. No interior rooms, no windowless floors — the view was part of the floor plan from the start.
Three Room Types, Built Around Different Trips
Courtyard Room
340 sq ft, one king or two queen beds, a courtyard-facing balcony overlooking the palm garden and interior fountain. Our most requested room for solo travelers and short weekend trips.
Gulf-View Room
340 sq ft, one king or two queen beds, a private balcony facing directly onto the Sound. Sunrise over the water is visible from bed in most units on floors 6 and above.
Palms Suite
640 sq ft across a separate bedroom and living room, a wet bar, a soaking tub, and a wraparound gulf-facing balcony. Built for anniversaries, extended stays, and small family groups.
What's Standard, Not an Upgrade
We built the standard room spec around what most guests end up requesting anyway, rather than charging separately for it.
- Free resort-wide Wi-Fi
- Mini fridge and in-room coffee service
- Blackout curtains and a soundproofed balcony door
- Walk-in rain shower or soaking tub, depending on room type
- Smart TV with streaming app access
- Same-day housekeeping on request
Housekeeping That Doesn't Wait for Checkout
Daily housekeeping is included in every stay, with turndown service available on request for Gulf-View Rooms and the Palms Suite. Maintenance requests during your stay are typically resolved within the hour.
