Up to 300 guests seated, with floor-to-ceiling windows facing the Sound and a private pre-function foyer for cocktail hour.
Garden Terrace
An outdoor courtyard for up to 150 guests, framed by the resort's palm garden — a popular spot for wedding ceremonies before moving indoors for the reception.
Boardroom A & B
Two connecting boardrooms seating up to 24 each, with built-in AV and natural light, ideal for corporate retreats and training sessions.
Harbor Meeting Room
A flexible 60-person meeting space with movable partitions, often split into two smaller breakout rooms for larger conferences.
Private Dining Room
A 20-guest private room inside The Tidewater, popular for rehearsal dinners and small executive gatherings.
Full Event Planning
Our event team coordinates catering, AV, floral vendors, and room layout from first inquiry through the day of the event.

What's Included With a Venue Booking
Every venue booking includes tables, chairs, standard linens, and basic AV. Our event coordinator works with you on catering from any of our five dining rooms, plus optional add-ons like a dedicated bar setup, floral coordination, or a room block discount for out-of-town guests staying at the resort.
