The Tidewater
Our flagship Gulf seafood house — oysters, blue crab, and daily-boat catch, plated with a view of the Sound. Open for dinner nightly.
Harbor & Barrel
A steakhouse and bourbon bar with dry-aged cuts and a 90-label whiskey list. Reservations recommended Friday and Saturday.
Sunrise Grand Buffet
A daily breakfast buffet with a made-to-order omelet station, and a rotating dinner buffet Thursday through Sunday evenings.
Sundeck Bites
Poolside burgers, po'boys, and frozen drinks, open seasonally alongside the resort pool deck.
Palm Sky Lounge
A rooftop cocktail lounge with small plates and live music most Friday and Saturday nights, overlooking the gaming floor entrance below.
Room Service
A shortened late-night menu from The Tidewater and Harbor & Barrel, available to every guest room until 1 AM.

Sourced Off the Coast, Not Off a Truck
Our culinary director works directly with Gulf Coast shrimpers and oyster farms rather than a national seafood distributor, which means The Tidewater's menu changes slightly with what came in that morning. Harbor & Barrel's beef is dry-aged in-house, and both restaurants' desserts are made in our own pastry kitchen.
